Jem Homes was founded by husband-and-wife team James and Connie Giordano with a clear belief: building a custom home should feel considered, collaborative and personal from beginning to end.
Born and raised in Melbourne, James and Connie share strong local roots and an enduring passion for design and construction. After many years in the building industry, they saw an opportunity to offer clients something more personal—an experienced builder who would listen carefully, remain closely involved and treat every home with the attention it deserved.
That belief continues to shape Jem Homes today.
